Terms & Conditions — BuildFast

1. Scope of Service

BuildFast delivers custom software tools that are fast and focused.

Each project is defined in writing: what is written is what we deliver.

2. Responsibility

We are responsible for developing the agreed features.

We do not guarantee business outcomes, specific performance, or continuity of third-party services (APIs, hosting, integrations).

The client is responsible for uploaded data and final use of the software.

3. Payment

Payment is due in advance, unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery takes place only after full payment.

4. Revisions

One light revision is included within 7 days of delivery.

Further changes or extensions are treated as new work.

5. Timeline

Deadlines are communicated before work begins.

Delays caused by missing materials or information from the client will shift the delivery date.

6. Ownership

The client holds the right to use the delivered software.

Code may be reused by BuildFast for other projects, unless an exclusive agreement is in place.

7. Support

Post-delivery support is optional and paid.

8. Limitations

BuildFast is not liable for:

• malfunctions caused by third parties,
• improper use of the software,
• changes made by other developers.

9. Jurisdiction

In case of disputes, the competent court is that of the service provider.
